FYI's

Did you know....
~ That you can be in writhing pain from a kidney stone weeks before it even drops down to pass?
~ That after you pass 1 tiny one you may have a Lemon Head size one lurking behind ready to at any moment - even in a small mountain town w/ friends and no meds, leaving it's exit burning like crazy?
~That you can be dilated (at 37 weeks of pregnancy) to a 4 and 70% effaced w/ strong contractions every 10 minutes for 2 hours- then dormant for a few more... For weeks?
~ That since you could have a baby any day - not only do you need a bag packed and ready for yourself, but also for your 2 toddlers, including: sippy cups, snacks, diapers, extra clothes, PJ's and meds, (cuz, now's a great time for them both to get sick!)
~That if you are about to change your sleeping schedule to non-existent because a new baby will arrive, it happens that right before the event, your two other kids are up 2-3 times each at different times of the night because they are sick or you end up having contractions during the times they are actually sleeping?
But, Did you know...
~These are the greatest and most exciting days... because these children are so sweet and fun and come straight from Heaven, (although, they don't proclaim that very often), and because you have a husband who is totally and unconditionally selfless and supportive.
~and That without these little bits of info, you would never know that.

I guess you can now answer the age old question what hurts worse - kidney stones or child birth? I'm so sorry for you. I wish I could come pick up your kids and give you some nap time (why is it so much easier to sleep during the day when you're pregnant?) Hopefully it will all be over soon so you can start some new crazy adventures taking care of that baby in the outside world. Wish you were dead!!!

You poor sweet thing! How you keep your sanity and stay so good is amazing! These babes are truly heaven sent! When I have had a rough day with them, I watch them sleep or let them fall asleep in my arms and I see heaven in their little faces. Just take it one day at a time and very soon you will have one more angel to hold. Thank goodness for wonderful husbands! We are both so very lucky to have our sweeties! You take care of yourself and know that we love you very much and you are always in our prayers! Lots of love, Amy Mom
