"mom, you pick it up, dad, mom'll pick it up" and Quinton said: "it's yours mom?"
and here's what I have to say: "no boys, it's not mine, it's yours, please stop throwing everything on the floor, I am getting bored of stepping on toys, (little ones of course that hurt my toes) and of having crumbs stick to the bottom of my feet.... I will not pick it up, so don't even ask. and by the way, little guys... if you don't drop it in the first place, you wouldn't have to deal with it. (and neither would I!). Happy Mothers Day to me."
Actually, Mothers Day was awesome... every year before this year I was like, cool, I don't have to make dinner... but, I would help and be involved and didn't want anyone doing things for me... this year however, I looked forward to Mothers Day all year.... I couldn't wait to sleep in until 8:30... (Cuz since January, it's been 5:30am, which, if you don't know... I'm not much of a morning person...) and I couldn't wait to sit on the floor and just play with the boys and not even think about dinner....
It was awesome...
Coby was awesome...
and they all even brought me breakfast in bed, (even though I was already up feeding the baby) and Keedon and Quinton were so excited... Keedon pointed to everything on the serving tray saying, "n dis toast is french fo you, n dees treats fo you...." and so on... it was sooooo cute!
and the boys husked all the corn... Now that's what kids are for! (I can't believe how grown up they are!)
